Progressive Pilate's studio offers a mixture of Pilates equipment. Pilates Reformer bed, Pilates Wunda Chair and an Accelerated Training FreeMotion Vertex Machine. All specifically target not only the larger muscle groups, but also the smaller accessory muscles, which you never even knew you had.


Choosing an Equipment sessions is perfect for individuals that want a class based entirely on their bodies needs and goals.

Training on Pilates equipment is Perfect for:

FreeMotion Vertex session 


Each session will incorporate the following:


  • Stretching

(Pilates Based exercises)


The Vertex is a wonderful piece of equipment which really needs to be tried to be fully appreciated.  There are so many wonderful benefits of training this way.

Perhaps the biggest non-health related benefit of using vibration plates is the fact that you can cut workout times in half. The vibrations that these machines generate cause anywhere from 30 to 50 muscle reflexes per second. As a result, vibration training can recruit up to 100% of your muscles’ fibers. This is in contrast to traditional resistance training exercises that engage only 40% to 60% of your muscles’ capacity.


NOTE: Pilates FreeMotion Vertex sessions are not suitable for Pregnant women



Equipment sessions are run in a Private or Semi Private setting.
