Kelly is the owner of Progressive Pilates. She is a qualified Pilates Instructor and a mum of two. She started regularly practising Pilates in her early 20's after the recommendations from her physiotherapist for chronic back and knee pain. After the birth of her first child she got back into Pilates and started to notice a significant benefit to her body post pregnancy.
So inspired with the wonderful benefits from this style of exercising she eventually decided to leave her Corporate Marketing job and study Pilates. Kelly has a great passion for Pilates and finds it very rewarding helping others to achieve their goals.
