Are you scared you may not be fit or strong enough to start up?

If you are new to Pilates please don't let fear get in the way.

You definitely do not need to be an expert to begin a Pilates session.

I think the most rewarding part of being a Pilates instructor is watching a person grow so much incredibly stronger as the weeks past. I also absolutely love seeing how much more body awareness is gained in each individual.

Most people that come to the studio have never done Pilates before. Which is great. That is what I am here for. To help you all out.

The sessions are not about me they are about you. I am here to help you, encourage you and inspire you.

As an instructor I notice how strong you are all getting, I see how your body has changed since you first started. I see your posture correct itself, I listen to how you don't get as sore as you once did. I appreciate how wonderful you feel after each session and how you are glad you made the effort to come and do your Pilates. This makes me feel so happy.

Nobody needs to be great to start with, however you do need to start to become great.

I am very encouraging and welcoming and I would hate to think that you may feel that you need to be a certain level before even starting. We all start from somewhere. That somewhere is different for all of us.
