Pilates- Chair Workout & daily stretches home workout

Here is a great workout to do in the comfort of your own home.


All you need is a good sturdy chair.


It is best if you do this on a Pilates mat or carpet as your chair my slip if you have do it on slippery flooring.


I hope that you enjoy and find some time to do the workout :)
