Self Isolation- How are we tracking?


How are we tracking? Have we managed to get movement in daily? Well I hope so.

We all know how important movement is for our body and mental health. Now it is more important than ever to keep moving and to stay physically fit and strong.


I have put together two new videos.These are fantastic to do daily.


These two clips focus on opening up our chest. They are great to help us work on our posture.


Please keep moving even if it is a quick 5-10 minute session daily. Your body and mind will thank you for it.


If you do not have hand weights please use water bottles or tin cans. If you do not have slider discs you can use face cloths like I am using.
