Stretch out your Neck daily with this quick workout

I have been receiving lots of emails and texts about sore necks since stopping Pilates.

I have a clip below that shows you a simple stretch routine for your neck, shoulders and chest. This can be done daily and can be performed a several times a day if you are feeling a lot of strain in your neck. You can do it while sitting at your work desk too!

I have taken a few other videos last week. Please also perform these exercises along with the neck stretches as they will help reduce the neck pain too.

These exercises are perfect for opening up the chest and are great to strengthen the muscles in your mid back to take the load off your neck and shoulders.

Standing stretches with a towel please perform these stretches daily to reduce neck and back pain.
