What happened while Studio was closed?

I have been busy that's for sure! By the time my studio re opens on the 15th June my studio would have been shut for 12 long weeks!!!!

Like thousands of other parents I instantly became a home school teacher to my two children, jobless and in self isolation. Then my husband needed to work 4 hours away and I was left to do it all on my own.

So the past 12 weeks have been a little rough but like everything that gets thrown at me I try to keep my head above water and deal with what is given to me each day at a time. I feel that I have done the best I can.

It took me around 5 weeks to settle into my routine and then I started offering online Zoom sessions. To be honest I was totally freaking out about online classes. Once I started I really enjoyed them and I really felt it was a great benefit physically and mentally to all that joined in. It kept me very sane while I was closed.

I have been keeping busy on the property. Painting, gardening and repairing rotted timber. It is a full time job keeping up with an old timber house that is for sure.

I wish I spent the past 12 weeks exercising everyday. Unfortunately that was not the case. However the Pilates has made me super strong and with all the painting, heavy lifting, tree branch cutting I really would have struggled without my strength from my Pilates to get me through it without pain.

My life the past 12 weeks in pictures :)
