What Is Pilates mat exercises?
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.
How big are the classes?
Our group Mat classes are small in size. Class limit is 8 people.
Do I use equipment in Mat Classes?
In each class you will be challenged with Pilates rings, bands, balls, hand weights, sliders and foam rollers.
You will experience special sequences of exercises that are formulated to work you hard, isolate muscle groups and activate smaller accessory muscles, toning and sculpting your entire body.
How long do they run for?
Group mat classes run for 1 hour.
What will I need?
You will need to bring along your own Pilates mat, wear/bring socks for hygiene purposes, a bottle of water and a towel .
Can anyone participate in a group mat class?
Unfortunately not. Due to some of the movements and positions Pilates group mat classes are not suitable during pregnancy and are for fit and able bodies with no major injuries/conditions.

Passes can be used for any mat class day or night.
