Group Mat Classes

In a Pilates group mat class you will experience Pilates mat based exercises using special resistance equipment.


Group mat classes run for 1 hour. In each class you will be challenged with Pilates rings, bands, balls, hand weights, sliders and foam rollers. 


You will experience special sequences of exercises that are formulated to work you hard, isolate muscle groups and activate smaller accessory muscles, toning and sculpting your entire body. 


A fun and challenging workout to help tone and sculpt your whole body.

NOTE: Pilates Mat classes are for fit and able bodies with no major injuries/conditions or pregnancy 


You will need to supply your own mat
